Description:

The Suffolk County Water Authority is seeking a Clerk for the Customer Service Department based in our Coram call center. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service Representatives will receive incoming calls, emails and chats from customers.

Qualifications:

  • Problem solving abilities

  • Organizational skills and multi-tasking is key

  • Proficient in MS office, strong verbal and written communication skills, well organized.

  • Ability to work cooperatively with various departments within the Authority.
