The position of Clerk in the Customer Service Center, Coram, is available. The hours for this position are 11:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.
The Suffolk County Water Authority is seeking a Clerk for the Customer Service Department based in our Coram call center.
- Customer Service Representatives will receive incoming calls, emails and chats from customers.
Problem solving abilities
Organizational skills and multi-tasking is key
Proficient in MS office, strong verbal and written communication skills, well organized.
Ability to work cooperatively with various departments within the Authority.
