Start Water Service

Takes about 5 minutes. Have a photo ID ready. We review every request and email you a confirmation. Every field is required unless marked optional.

What You Will Pay
Initiation fee $30.00
Basic service charge, quarterly $35.45
Water quality treatment fee, quarterly $20.00
Tenant deposit $50.00

Owners pay no deposit. The deposit and fees appear on your first bill, and you can add AutoPay online one business day after your start date. Full schedule of fees

Stop Water Service

For homes and businesses. Have your 10-digit account number ready.

What Happens Next
Day after closing

A technician shuts the water off and takes the final reading. Water stays on for your final walk-through.

About a week later

Your final bill goes to the forwarding address. Any deposit is applied to it.

The buyer applies separately

New owners or tenants use the Start water service form.

Water is shut off the next day. If you closing date moves, reply to your confirmation email or call us.
