Water Wise Account Credits
SCWA offers customer account credits of up to $150 for the purchase of water-saving devices. Credits are applied after review of your submission and receipts.
Quick Rules
- Total credit may not exceed the purchase price of the device(s).
- Multiple devices can be combined, but the maximum credit per account is $250 every three years.
- The credit applies only to the device itself, not installation or labor.
- Device must be purchased on or after February 1, 2023 to qualify for current credit amounts.
- Credit applies only to devices placed on pipes or equipment belonging to the customer, not SCWA.

Water Wise Checkups
A SCWA Water Wise Checkup is a one-on-one consultation with one of our water use experts. Our experts identify each point of water use within and around your home to estimate daily totals and quantify unaccountable water losses.
This road map for potential savings shows you exactly how much water you used last quarter and compares it to past usage as well as averages for customers in your area. We offer both virtual and in-person options.
