Access Your Online Account

  • check_circle Navigate to the SCWA Customer Payment Portal.
  • check_circle If you are a new user, click "Register Now" to create your login profile.
  • check_circle Important: To enroll, you will need the Security Code found at the top of your physical SCWA bill.

Add a Payment Method First

Note: You must create a saved Payment Method before you can configure AutoPay.
  • check_circle Once logged in, click "Manage Payment Accounts" in the left-hand menu.
  • check_circle Choose to enter a Bank Account, Credit Card, or Debit Card.
  • check_circle Enter your details securely and save the method.

Accepted Online Payment Methods:

  • Credit Cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
  • Debit Cards: Pulse, NYCE, STAR, and Alliance.
  • Bank: Checking or Savings accounts.
  • Smart Payment: Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Link Method to AutoPay

  • check_circle Now, click on "Manage AutoPay" in the left-hand menu.
  • check_circle Click the "Add AutoPay" button.
  • check_circle Select your SCWA billing account from the dropdown.
  • check_circle Select the Payment Method you just created in the previous step.

Confirm Configuration

  • check_circle Configure your payment period and option details.
  • check_circle Read and accept the Terms and Conditions, then click "Submit".

Please Note: Adding an automatic payment plan will only affect new bills. Any outstanding bills already in the system will need to be paid manually this month.
Can I edit or cancel automatic payments later?

Yes. To edit an existing automatic payment, navigate to Manage AutoPay in your account menu. Click the Edit button found in the Action column to change your settings.

To cancel, click the Cancel button in that same column. Please note: Changes to your configuration will only affect new bills. Any scheduled payments currently pending will remain active.
