PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that public hearings will be held on the following dates and locations at which the Suffolk County Water Authority will receive comments regarding the application of the “Monroe Balancing Test” elements to determine whether the Authority’s North Fork Pipeline project is immune from local zoning and land use review.
