Please check off the following items to confirm they have been completed:

Curbs must be installed unless road is graded within 6” of finished grade and road centerline stakes are placed at 50’ intervals

You can expedite this project by submitting a deposit to your local District Office if easements have not cleared. This deposit will be returned when easements clear.

I understand that if we do not pass inspection, no further inspection will be made until the noted discrepancies are corrected and we pay the $80.00 reinspection fee at the appropriate Commercial Office.
