About the Online System
SCWA’s RPZ/DCV Online Test Entry system allows New York State certified backflow testers and licensed master plumbers to submit test forms electronically instead of mailing or faxing them to the Cross Connection Control Department.
The system is free to use, environmentally friendly and designed to streamline test form submissions while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Tester Registration: You must create a registration before submitting forms online. Acceptance will be confirmed via email by SCWA staff.
