- Encryption: We use 256bit encryption to make your information unreadable as it passes over the internet.
- Automatic Sign Out: We automatically sign you out of a session if you are inactive for 20 minutes.

Why do I need a new password?
In order to ensure our customers the best billing experience, SCWA has changed our bill provider. As part of this changeover, all of our customers will need to provide a new, secure password. You will still be able to take advantage of our convenient E-billing and auto pay services by signing in with your new login information and re-registering for those services.
What about my old information? Is it secure?
Yes, all customer information from before this changeover is secure. However, customers who wish to continue paying their bill online or participate in auto pay will have to re-register for those services.
