How do I sign up for online billing?

Enrollment provides 24/7 access to your statements and recurring AutoPay configuration.

Enroll in Online Billing →

Password Recovery: Reset via the "Forgot your User Name/Password?" link on the sign-in page. Answer your security questions to create a new password. Note: Recovery is available for accounts created after Oct 24, 2018.

Username Recovery: Use the "Forgot your Username?" link on the recovery page. Upon verification, your username will be emailed to your registered address.

SCWA updated our bill provider to ensure a more robust and secure experience. This changeover required a security reset, prompting customers to provide new passwords and re-register for AutoPay services.

Payments are typically processed within two business days. Weekend or holiday payments are processed the following business day. Observed holidays include:

  • New Year's Day
  • MLK Jr. Day
  • Washington's Birthday
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Juneteenth
  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Veterans Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Navigate to the Payment History tab under Payment Options for a chronological list. Recent activity is also displayed on your dashboard under the Billing and Payment History table.

  • Credit Cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
  • Debit Cards: Pulse, NYCE, STAR, and Alliance.
  • Bank: Checking or Savings accounts.

Can I pay without signing up?

Guest payments are available via KUBRA EZ-PAY for immediate one-time transactions.

  • Username & Password: Unique identifiers known only to you.
  • TLS 1.2: Secure connection protocols to shield information from inspection.
  • 256-Bit Encryption: Advanced data masking during transmission.
  • Automatic Sign Out: Sessions expire after 20 minutes of inactivity for your protection.
