How do I sign up for online billing?

What if I forget my password?

Utilize the self-service support feature to reset it. Click "Forgot your User Name/Password?" from the sign-in page, provide the required verification and answer your security questions. Note: You can only reset your password if you enrolled in our current system after October 24, 2018.

What if I forget my username?

Click "Forgot your Username?" on the password recovery page. After providing the requested verification and answering your security questions, you will be sent an email containing your username.

Why do I need a new password?

SCWA has updated our bill provider to ensure the best experience. As part of this changeover, customers must provide a new secure password and re-register for AutoPay services using their new login information.

When will my payment be processed?

Payments are processed within two business days. Weekend or holiday payments are processed the following business day. Observed holidays include:

  • New Year's Day
  • MLK Jr. Day
  • Washington's Birthday
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Juneteenth
  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Veterans Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

How can I confirm my payment?

Check the Payment History tab under Payment Options to see a chronological list. Recent payments can also be found on the home page under the Billing and Payment History table.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), Debit Cards with Pulse, NYCE, STAR and Aliance symbols, or Bank Checking and Savings accounts.

One-Time

Can I pay without signing up?

Yes. Click the Make a One-Time Payment button on the sign-in page to access KUBRA EZ-PAY.

Security

How is my information kept safe?

  • Username & Password: Unique identifiers known only to you.
  • TLS 1.2: Secure connection protocols ensure information is safe from outside inspection.
  • Encryption: 256-bit encryption renders your data unreadable during transmission.
  • Automatic Sign Out: Sessions end automatically after 20 minutes of inactivity.
