For your convenience SCWA offers several bill payment options. Please see below for the method that most effectively meets your needs.

2) Sign Up for E-Billing 

Sign-up to receive your bill electronically via email and forget about receiving a paper bill. With our e-billing, we offer you the choice of having your payments automatically deducted from your checking or savings account or debit or credit card account. 

  

With e-billing you can: 

 - View your account

 - View your current and past bills

 - View your payment history

 - Check your historical consumption

 - Update your account information     

 

3) Pay My Bill by Phone

4) Pay My Bill by Texting

Customers can pay their bill by SMS (texting). When you enable notifications by text, KUBRA EZ-PAY will send a text message including the account holder’s name, the amount due, and the due date. To quickly make the payment, respond to the text with the unique payment code provided in the notification and KUBRA EZ-PAY will process your payment.

Here is how you can activate PayByText:

Only after you make a successful one-time payment will you be given the option to activate PayByText. The method of payment used with PayByText will be the method used to make the successful payment.

 

To activate PayByText, follow these steps:

  1. After completing your next payment, click Activate PayByText Now!
  2. Enter or confirm the mobile number you will use to make future PayByText payments.
  3. Click Validate.
  4. Enter the verification code you will receive as a text message.
  5. Review that your account information is correct.
  6. Agree to the KUBRA EZ-PAY Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  7. Click Activate.

 

5) Pay using Apple and Google Pay

Apple Pay and Google Pay are two fast and secure options when paying online. You can use these two options when playing online here.

 

6) Pay My Bill in Person

Visit any CVS, Dollar General, Speedway, Walmart, 7- Eleven, Family Dollar, or Walgreens location.

- Present the Kubra EZ-PAY badge to the cashier (located on the reverse side of your bill, or accessible on your mobile device through Kubra's online bill pay portal). 

- Cashier will scan the badge and ask for payment.  Please note, a $1.99 fee will be added to your bill using this payment option.
