Full Summary of Rates:

SCWA’s quarterly service charge is $33.18 per quarter. Our standard water consumption rate is $1.803 per CCF. Our conservation water rate is $2.604 per CCF. Only customers who use more than 120 CCF in a single billing quarter will be charged the conservation water rate, and they will only be charged the conservation rate for usage above and beyond 120 CCF (up to 1-inch meters, see chart below).

SCWA is an independent public-benefit corporation operating under the authority of the Public Authorities Law of the State of New York, meaning we operate without taxing power on a not-for-profit basis. Through this new rate structure and the measures outlined above, we are doing everything possible to both pay for the vital service we provide and look after the needs of our customers.

Conservation Rate Thresholds
