How the conservation rate is applied

Only customers who use more than 120 CCF in a single billing quarter will be charged the conservation water rate, and only for usage above 120 CCF (up to 1-inch meters). See the chart below for threshold limits for larger meters.

SCWA is an independent public-benefit corporation operating under the authority of the Public Authorities Law of the State of New York. We operate without taxing power on a not-for-profit basis.
