SCWA offices, including the Customer Service Walk-in Center, are once again open to the public.
Customers are still encouraged to pay their bill online at SCWA.com or by phone at (631) 698-9500 whenever possible.
To pay your SCWA bill in cash simply visit any 7-Eleven, CVS Pharmacy, Family Dollar, Speedway, or Dollar General location. Log on to SCWA.com, select “Pay My Bill,” and select the “Cash” option. Follow the steps to generate your reusable EZ-Payslip. This EZ-Payslip can be scanned at the register at any of the participating retailers mentioned above. The retailer will scan the barcode, collect your payment, and issue you a receipt. Please note, all Retail Cash Payments incur an additional $1.99 fee.
