Go to www.scwa.com and click on the Live Chat button on the bottom right of your screen. Our staff is available to assist you with issues such as billing, collections, moving in or out and other issues. Live chat hours will be extended on Friday, July 28th until 8 PM. Through our website, customers can also access self-help options such as paying your bill online.
If this is not an emergency we encourage you to contact us again beginning on Monday, July 31st when we expect all issues to be rectified.
