New legislation now allows for 1095C forms to be accessed and downloaded via website portal.
Please follow the instructions and link below in order to access Tax Form 1095:
- Visit the Portal https://eeportal.bencorpaca.com/ to register for eDelivery
- Enter the Company Code SuffolkCountyWaterAuthority and information about you
- After enrolling you will receive an email directing you to create login credentials for site access
- After your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and have the ability to download your form and print as needed for your records.
