SCWA has partnered with HomeServe*, an independent company that offers their customers affordable, emergency repair plans for water service lines and sewer septic lines. These plans help protect against unexpected expenses and provide access to reliable repair help.

HomeServe will send a trusted contractor to handle the repair. HomeServe will foot the repair bill on covered repairs, up to the benefit amount.

How the Service Works

2. 24/7 Emergency Support

If a leak or break occurs, simply call the 24/7 emergency hotline to schedule a covered repair.

3. Professional Repair

A trusted local professional will be sent to handle the repair, with work guaranteed for one year.
