Follow this simple step-by-step guide to enroll your account in automatic payments and never miss a due date.

Access Your Online Account

  • check_circle Ensure you have your 14-digit Account Number and a past bill handy.
  • check_circle Navigate to the SCWA Customer Payment Portal.
  • check_circle If you are a new user, click "Register Now" to create your login profile.

Locate the AutoPay Menu

  • check_circle Once logged in, look at the left-hand navigation menu on your dashboard.
  • check_circle Click on the "Billing & Payments" dropdown.
  • check_circle Select "AutoPay Enrollment" from the list of options.

Enter Payment Information

  • check_circle Choose your preferred payment method (Checking Account or Credit/Debit Card).
  • check_circle Enter your routing and account numbers, or your card details securely.
  • check_circle Note: SCWA uses a secure, third-party payment processor to protect your financial data.

Confirm and Enroll

  • check_circle Review the payment details you entered for accuracy.
  • check_circle Read and accept the AutoPay Terms and Conditions.
  • check_circle Click the "Enroll in AutoPay" button to finalize.
