Paying your SCWA bill in cash has never been easier. All SCWA bills now include a Kubra EZ-PAY badge on the reverse side that can be scanned at any 7-Eleven, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Speedway, Dollar General, or Family Dollar location.
The cashier will scan the barcode on the badge and accept payment. Don't have your paper bill handy? No problem! You can easily generate an EZ-PAY badge by going to SCWA.com on your mobile device and selecting "Pay My Bill," logging on to your account, and select the "pay with cash" option.
