Temporary shutoff protections for essential utilities such as water during the COVID-19 pandemic expired on December 21. These protections provided additional time for customers to catch up on their bills and/or obtain financial assistance if needed.

To make sure your water service is not disconnected now that these protections have expired, please contact SCWA to make payment arrangements.

The easiest way to pay your bill is by logging on to www.SCWA.com and clicking the “Pay My Bill” button at the top of the page. Payments can also be made by phone by calling (631) 698-9500 (and select option # 1). To pay your bill using cash, log on to www.SCWA.com, click the “Pay My Bill” button, enter your premise zip code and security code (located on your bill), then select the “Cash” option and follow the steps to generate your EZ-Payslip, which can be scanned at the register of any of our participating retail partners: 7-Eleven, CVS Pharmacy, Speedway, Dollar General or Family Dollar. To pay your bill in person, please visit our Customer Contact Center located at 2045 Route 112 in Coram.

If you’d like to set up an installment plan for your SCWA account, please contact us at (631) 698-9500. Our Customer Service staff will seek to develop a payment plan that works for you.
