How to Pay My Bill:

 

For returning E-billing customers:

1) Click the link below to navigate to SCWA's new payment portal.
2) Enter your current SCWA username and password on the right hand side of your screen and click "sign in."
   * If you do not remember your username or password, please contact our
     Customer Service Department at (631)698-9500
3) Follow the prompts to create your new security questions.
4) Follow the prompts to create your new username and password.
5) Login using your new credentials and follow the prompts to pay your bill.
6) You will have the option to register for autopay at this time.

 

For new E-billing customers:

1) Click the link below to navigate to SCWA's new payment portal.
2) Click the "Sign up now" link on the right hand side of your screen.
3) Follow the prompts to create your new security questions.
4) Follow the prompts to create your new username and password.
5) Login using your new credentials and follow the prompts to pay your bill.
6) You will have the option to register for autopay at this time.
 

To make a One-Time Payment Only

1) Click the link below to navigate to SCWA's new payment portal.
2) Click the "Make a One-Time Payment" button on the bottom right hand side of your screen.
3) Follow the prompts to make a One-Time Payment.
4) Make sure you have your Security Code available.
5) Simply pay by check or credit card.
 

 

Why do I need a new password?

In order to give our customers the best billing experience, SCWA has changed our bill provider. As part of this changeover, all of our customers will need to provide a new secure password. You will still be able to take advantage of our convenient E-billing and autopay services by signing in with your new login information and re-registering for those services.
 

What about my old information? Is it secure?

Yes, all customer information from before this changeover is secure. However, customers who wish to continue paying their bill online or participate in autopay will have to re-register for those services.
