Administrative Assistant
The Suffolk County Water Authority is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in our Hauppauge location. We require experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask and work with sensitive confidential information. Proficiency in Excel and Word required.
Lead Civil Engineer 
The Suffolk County Water Authority is seeking a Lead Civil Engineer to work in its Engineering Department at our Great River Facility. The position will work with and directly supervise Civil Engineers engaged in the design and construction of various groundwater based portable water production and treatment facilities. Experience with structural design, earthwork, drainage, survey and water storage tank design and maintenance required.
The successful individual must possess excellent communication skills, knowledge of building codes, extensive knowledge of the construction industry and the ability to lead a civil engineering team in a fast paced environment. The position requires a BSCE, NYS professional engineers license and a minimum of 10 years experience.
