Welcome to our RPZ/DCV Online Test Entry for backflow prevention device test submittals. This system is eco-friendly, is easy to use, and free to use.
The new portal allows backflow testers and master plumbers to submit test forms electronically, instead of mailing or faxing them to SCWA’s Cross Connection Control Department. Prior to entering on line test forms NYS Certified Backflow Testers and Master Plumbers must first create a registration. Suffolk County Water Authority will review the registration and respond via email confirming your acceptance to enter on-line tests.
