Welcome to SCWA Online Vendor Registration program. SCWA now provides automatic bid notification services to vendors interested in bidding through its online Vendor Registration Service. This service allows you to search for business opportunities, receive e-mail notifications of bid postings and request a complete bid document.

Registered vendors automatically receive a bid notification via e-mail, informing them that the Water Authority is interested in products or services that they provide.

The Authority does not require that a vendor be registered in order to do business. If you choose not to register for our bid notification service, you will not receive automatic bid notifications. However, you can obtain bid information by reading the newspaper legal ads, or searching our website for upcoming bid information.

When you receive the alert, you should access the website, to request complete bid documents. SCWA offers this e-mail alert as a courtesy and convenience to assist you in monitoring our web site for bids. Because e-mail can be unreliable, SCWA does not guarantee that registrants will always receive e-mail alerts.

Should your email address change; you must update your profile to continue receiving the bid notification via email.
